A note on the mobile app. The Khidma mobile application does not use cookies. It uses standard mobile identifiers and on-device storage to keep you signed in and to understand how the app is used, as described in our Privacy Policy. This Cookie Policy is about our website only.
Nothing you share is used for advertising. Whatever cookies you accept, nothing you write in the Nafs Assessment, your guided path, your journal, your private questions, or your sessions is ever used for advertising or profiling — on the website or in the app.

Session replay records interface layout and interaction patterns only after consent. Important. These advertising cookies operate on our website only. Your use of the Khidma mobile app is never shared with Meta. Advertising cookies are set only if you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some of the providers above (Meta, PostHog) may set their own cookies when their tools run on our site. You can review their privacy practices on their respective websites. For some web bookings, sessions take place via Google Meet; when you join such a session, Google Meet's own cookies and data practices apply.
4. Managing Your Cookies
Via our consent banner: when you first visit khidma.live, a cookie consent banner appears. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising). You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of our website.
If you decline. The website works normally if you decline non-essential cookies. You can still browse, read, book a session, and make a payment. You will simply not be counted in our analytics, and we will not be able to measure whether an advertisement led you here.
We will ask you again. Where your consent is required, we ask again at least once every 12 months, so that a choice you made long ago does not continue indefinitely.
