Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Khidma account and personal profile data from the signed-in Account page on the website or from Account → Privacy and safety in the Khidma mobile app.
Open website Account settings to sign in and submit a deletion request.
What happens after you request deletion?
- We verify the request against your signed-in account.
- We review active bookings, safety matters, disputes, and legal holds before processing it.
- We aim to respond within 7–14 working days.
- Payment, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, and other records may be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.
- Deletion of data held by independent payment, communications, or other service providers is handled according to their legal retention obligations.

If you cannot access your account, email connect@khidma.live from the email address associated with your Khidma account. Do not include sensitive session or crisis details in the subject line.
