Dr. Sabeel completed his medical graduation from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Medical College. He subsequently undertook Foundation Training with the National Health Service in Liverpool, United Kingdom, where he developed strong competencies in clinical practice, patient management, and multidisciplinary care.

He further advanced his clinical career in the field of anesthesia in Saudi Arabia under the Ministry of Health. During this tenure, he gained extensive experience in perioperative medicine, acute care, critical decision-making, and patient safety within high-responsibility healthcare settings.

Dr. Sabeel is currently serving as a Doctor and Counsellor at Ummeed Deaddiction & Rehabilitation Center, where he manages patients with substance use disorders and psychiatric conditions. His approach integrates medical expertise with structured counselling and compassionate care, ensuring holistic treatment tailored to each individual’s needs.

With an international clinical background and a patient-centered philosophy, Dr. Sabeel remains committed to promoting recovery, mental wellness, and sustainable rehabilitation outcomes.
